A quick note on how we do things here:
Unlike many Jersey Shore rentals, we provide linens, towels (including beach towels), paper goods, and a well-stocked kitchen with everyday cooking basics. No packing sheets. No bringing olive oil, spices, or foil. No estimating how much toilet paper you’ll need. Just arrive, unpack, and enjoy.
Enjoy a fully fenced yard (perfect for pups), off-street parking with a Level 2 EV charger, and all linens provided—including beach towels. We’ve stocked everything for easy bay days: 2 stand-up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, a Wonder Wheeler beach cart, and a cooler.
Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, cozy sectional, 75” smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi—perfect whether you’re paddling at sunrise, sipping wine by the fire pit, or settling in for a movie night.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Hi, I’m Kymberlie, and this Jersey Shore home has been part of my family since 1964. I grew up spending weekends here with my grandparents, and it holds some of my happiest memories—including the day I introduced my (now) husband to my grandmom and grandpop right here. When our kids were born, I couldn’t wait to bring them back to experience the same simple joys I loved: mini golf, ice cream walks, shell hunting, and slow summer days by the bay. Today, I share this home with guests who are looking for the kind of stay I value myself—easy, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing. I’ve thoughtfully remodeled the space to feel welcoming and well cared for, with the little details handled so you can focus on enjoying your time away. Whether you’re here with your pup, your partner, or just a good book and some bay breezes, my hope is that this house feels like a place where you can truly exhale. In 2010, my husband Sean and I purchased the house from my mother’s estate and lovingly restored it—not to make it a sterile rental, but to preserve its warmth and personality. This isn’t just a vacation rental; it’s our home, filled with love and memories, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. The best part of being a short-term rental owner is sharing our love for the Jersey Shore with guests like you. If you ever need recommendations or have any questions, we’re just a message away.
